CPA John Florian Ndetico is a Professional Accountant. As the Director of Customer Service of Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (AUWSA) is developing and implementing sound marketing strategies of different technical and management options for service delivery to ensure the Authority has developed and institutionalized effective tools for improvement of customer service including customer service guidelines and procedures. CPA John Florian Ndetico brings governance experience through his service in various Boards and Committees in Tanzania including Tanzania Association of Water Suppliers (ATAWAS) as an Executive Board Member from 2018 up to date. A Member of the Audit Committee of Pangani Water Basin Office (PWBO) from 2015 up to 2021 and a Member in the Executive Committee of Tanzania Association of Accountants (TAA) from 2018 to 2021.  He is appointed as a Chairman of Tender Board Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (AUWSA) from 2020 to date, previously served as Tender Board Chairman of Moshi Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (MUWSA) from August 2014 until July 2019. Currently is the Governing Board Director of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).  He also serves as a Vice Chairperson of Public Sector Committee and a member of Risk and Audit Committee at NBAA.

CPA John Florian Ndetico is a holder of a Certified Professional Banker (CPB) professional degree 2022, a holder of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Professional degree (2013) and a holder of Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP) degree (2010). He is a holder of a Master of Project Management (MPM) degree from Open University of Tanzania (OUT) in 2021 and Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Mzumbe University (MU) in 2004. He is also a holder of Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from Maastricht School of Management (MsM) Netherlands in 2011 and Advanced Diploma in Certified Accountancy (ADCA) from the Institute of Development Management (IDM) Mzumbe in 1995. He is Associate Member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and a member of International Purchasing and Supply Education and Researcher Association (IPSERA) and accredited to the Institute of Directors of Tanzania.
