Eng. Godfrey Macha obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Building Engineering in 2010 from the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology. currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Management in Project Management from the University of Dar es Salaam. Eng Macha worked as a professional engineer in different government firms including Tanroads Arusha and Tanzania Building Agency Dar es Salaam and private companies such as Asleef Road Construction Company and Geoprimos Engineering Ltd before starting to work as a manager at Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sanitation.
His duties as a zonal manager include reduction of non-revenue water to an acceptable level, customer debt collection, managing finance and accounting, human resources management administration, and planning. With over six years of Management experience, Eng Godfrey Macha has been a key player in the performance of Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sanitation to accomplish the goals that the Authority set. Eng. Godfrey Macha as a Manager used his Engineering professional ethics to create unique management strategies that integrate in-depth financial accountability with the latest connectivity technology to ensure customer satisfaction and office operations run as smoothly as possible. Eng Godfrey Macha believes in accountability and transparency throughout the zone office area and in an organization as well.
